We have taken care to describe our products accurately. However, product specifications, origins, pack sizes and grade details published on the website are indicative and may be updated without notice. Final specifications and pack sizes for an order will be confirmed in a written quotation.
Prices are not published on the website. Where prices appear in our downloadable PDF brochures, they are inclusive or exclusive of GST as stated in the respective brochure, and — given the volatile nature of these raw materials — are subject to change at the time of quotation.
All products are intended for external use only, except where a specific grade (such as our JP food-grade beeswax) is expressly approved for the relevant application.
Enquiries & quotations
An enquiry submitted through this website is a request for information — it does not, by itself, create a contract for sale. A binding order is created only when:
- We have issued a written quotation;
- You have accepted that quotation in writing; and
- The agreed payment terms have been met.
After receiving full payment, orders are typically despatched within 3–4 working days. Shipping cost is charged separately and is not included in the product rate.
We try our best to pack products to avoid damage, leakage or spillage in transit, but we cannot accept responsibility for delays, loss or damage caused by logistics partners or unavoidable circumstances. Claims regarding faulty packaging, defective products or quality must be raised within 3 days of receiving your order.
Subject to applicable law, returns, replacements and refunds are not accepted except where we have supplied the wrong goods.
